Just bought a toy for the grand daughter and have an issue I need help with. I had to replace the fuel line from the petcock to the filter, to the carb and I after this issue, the quad would idle, but not rev up, just bogged down. I removed the vent, or vacuum line that runs from the petcock to the right side of the carb. What is the issue? Is it a bad petcock? That is what I suspect. All help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Do you mean you didn't put it back? If so the bike will only run on PRIME (bad idea) and be a little weak as air is sucked in through the vac pipe stub. If you did put the vac pipe back, remove the fuel line again and try to start the engine, fuel should pour out of the tap as the engine spins over, if it does, the tap is OK. More likely, a bit of perished fuel line or dirt got into the carb when you changed fuel lines, and all the carb needs is a clean out.
