I have 63 mile on mine and it is not going away. I'm not to happy about it and hope it goes away.I took it for it's first hard ride today and had several problems. The locking front diff switch malfunctioned. I think it got stuck half way engaged and started making a clicking noise. I also lost my front brakes. I'm a honda lover who bought this bike because Honda has nothing that comes close. I'm hoping these are minor new quad problems and not the beginning of Kawasaki durability problems.

I had the chattering problem start today. I pulled the top cover and adjusted the linkage and it solved the problem for now. We'll see how long it stays where it belongs.

To adjust the linkage, I started the P650 with it in neutral and adjusted it till the green light when out. Then I backed the adjust me off just until the light came back on. I put it in reverse and it adjusted until the light was on. If you look in the the CVT through the vent you can also see how the pulley responds to the adjustments.

Is there a more offical method to this adjustment?

I'm getting really tired of losing the screws and nuts that hold the mud flaps on. I'm missing two right now and I've start replacing the nuts with Nylock nuts.
