I have seen bearings right from the factory that are kept in place with green locktite and you can't get them off. My friend the machinist said he would measure everything up and take it from there. He told me if there is too much play and kawasaki won't give me new knuckles he would install sleeves.

If you absolutly had to use locktite, green (620) is better than red. It's thicker, and designed to hold better and take up more clearance. Red locktite is just meant as a thread locker. However, if you have found bearings held in place with locktite from the dealer, it's most likely because that particular bearing fit was messed up right at the factory, and the powers that be decided to locktite it rather than scrap the part, in hopes that it would last through the warranty period. As I think I may have mentioned earlier, sleeving the fit would be an acceptable fit if it's done properly. A cast iron sleeve will actually last longer than the original aluminum bore.

I recommend 638, high strength cylindrical part retaining.
680, is the large gap stuff, that is 2nd choice
635, slow cure 3rd choice
609? No, that's general purpose retaining. Use 680 if that's the best you have.
The bolt seizing stuff would probably work, 262 better, 271 ok, 272 ok. But the cylingrical part retaining stuff is what you want.
