if it's muddy it could be clogged and boiling over. i've heard of a few ppl with this problem, one had a stick jammed up in the rad, and the other one the bracket broke and then the fan motor hit against the rad, causing it to leak.

Also, check to make sure the thermostat is not stuck closed. Is your fan coming on like it should? You mentioned that you got your "exhaust nuts" back on. If you took the exhaust off, you may have an exhaust leak which will cause your quad to run lean.

iamwoody---As Kawi650 mentioned, Check the REAR side of the radiator. Mine gets clogged easily with mud thrown up by the tires in RH or LH full lock turns. Just something the remember. I clean mine after each ride, I have had no overheat problems.
Do you ride WNF near Nelsonville, too? I live near Delaware.

well after going through it all the only thing leftn to do waas the first thing listed in the owners manual for overheating...... The spark plugs. i pulled bothed out and they were both corroded on the tips???
put in new ones today and rode out behind the house for a hour and no overheating so i let it idle in the driveway and it is still good
thanks for all the help from everyone!!!!!

interesting... Never seen sparkplugs only cause overheating.. normally I would think the bike would work like ($##1keX) first, then overheat.
