do all of the 650's come from the factory with the same clutch spacer? I would like to order the others for future use, but I don't want to order the one that I already have installed. I haven't looked yet (just got machine)

I doubt they come with the same one. I've read some guys have had several spacers, while a number of us have only had one 1.4mm in.

Mine came with 1 fat one (1.4mm).

I just bought one of each. Chances are you have the fat one, just get the thin one and the medium one.

Mine came with 2 (.6). Took them both out at 1500 miles. Hope to get another 500 miles out of it.

Mine came with two .025" spacers. When I checked my deflection after 70 miles I had 31mm. I removed one and it lowered the deflection to 24mm.

There are 4 spacers available: .6mm,.8mm,1.0mm,1.4mm. I have been hearing(in the forums) that MOST came thru with the thick, 1.4mm one.
You can get the PN's for them in www.buykawasaki.com cataloge.
BTW-- FINALLY got my belt dialed in, and it KICKED A$$ at Hatfield/McCoy Trails this w.e.!!!!!!!! The black spring worked VERY well in the mountains. The bike gobbled up those hillclimbs!
