Actually a hitch is only $25 so don't let that sway your decision.

I had the choice of getting either the '02 or '03. I got the '02 and saved a good amount of money by doing so. About $500 or so.

Andy Thanks for the information. Mine has one 1.4mm spring. you must of had the two .6mm. Does anyone make a aftermarket belt? So Kaw. does not get another of my $100 bills?

Mine had 2 shims,a thick one and a thin one{not sure of the actaul size}. I took the thick one out and my belt deflection came out perfect.

As of yet,noone makes an aftermarket belt for the prairies.
