The black plastic on my forman is like Rubermaid plastic. Even when cold I can bend it back over and not break, jam side pieces up against trees and such with same results. I've put my plastic through He!! and it still looks like new. Even the scratches go away with a little armoral. My buddy with a p650 has experienced teh same problems you guys have, especially with our cold wionters here in Newfoundland.

ordered new plastic pieces for my 650 from my dealer today. L&R front fender trim, L&R black piece below fender trim in front of foot rest, and L piece behind foot rest, $235.00 and taxes. OMG this has been one expensive winter for pushing snow. OH well it will look good for summer again, but only till next winter.

Ive tipped mine on the side and scratched the plastic but didnt break it,and probably 85% of my riding is in the trees finding my own path and twisted & tweeked alot but no breakig,I know one thing you guys have taken some of the fun out of riding because now I am always paranoid about breaking my stuff. hahaha !

Sorry, we certainly do not want to take the fun out of your riding. But I think one must be real careful around that plastic and especially in colder temps. I mean its one thing if you go and abuse it, but when its not abuse thats when it frustrating.

The plastic on my old '00 Foreman-S survived( me), just fine for 2 years. It got scratched, but never ripped like the KAW crap!

Was just reading some of the posts in the other forums, wow! I'm so glad we don't have the problems of some of the other brands. Kawasaki is without a doubt the best bike to buy!! The little issues you read about in the complaints department of the Kawi forums compared to other brands make our problems look pretty insignificant! In the past I've been pretty hard on Kawi for the things we've seen as problem areas on Kawasaki ATV's, and I hope this didn't come as negitive critisism of Kawasaki products, that is not my intention. Kawasaki is without a doubt the best ATV money can buy. Way to go Kawi, keep the green machine rollin!
