You can get a whole new set of black trim plastic, 10 pieces, for $150 shipping included from ronayers.com. I checked into it and that's shipped to my door, your shipping cost may vary slightly from mine.

I have a 04 Suzuki Twinpeaks 700 up here in Gods country Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada and yes the black plastic is absolute garbage. I have replaced about six peices so far and i am sick of it. As it stands right now I have to replace four more....love the quad in every way but I am going broke trying to keep decent fender extentions on it.I also have a 96 Yamaha Wolverine with factory Yamaha fender extentions.........ten years and not one crack. I wish the aftermarket would step in and save us.

The newer style plastic on the brute 650 solid axle machines from what I have seen and been told is much better. The extesions are gone and the fenders are stiffend by there contours. That plastic will fit your twin peaks. A full set will run around 500 bucks US.
