Somebody help me I am going crazy tryin' to find K&N for the V......

 

They're not available yet. I filled out a form on their web site to get notification when they start producing them.

 

Thanks, that's the main thing that sucks about the V-Force..too new not enough aftermarket....stuff. Appreciate your time.

 

Go get a twin air for the time bein you won't be sorry... i know they make them cuz you have the same air box that i do.

 

Isn't the air filter on the VForce a gauze type filter already? i haven't opened my air box up, but i read the manual today and it seems it said you can clean the gauze and reapply air filter oil and your good to go. did i miss something? maybe i should re-read the manual again huh? lol

 

Yep it's foam already... but you get better air filtration from a twin air vs a stock foam filter... k&n would be the way to go but you gotta wait. I gained a small amount of power and speed by putting the twin air filter on (with oil) vs. running the stock filter.
