2005 VIPER 90R CLUTCH REMOVAL
#13
I took our Vipers variator apart last year for a good cleaning and replaced the belt. The belt didn't really need replaced but since I had ordered a new one I replaced it anyway. The rollers were a little chewed up.Unfortunately they only come as an assembly with one half of the variator sheave but it was still pretty cheap.Around $40 bucks and the sheave was getting a little groove wore in it anyway so it was probably a good idea to change it to keep top speed.I took lots of pics at http://community.webshots.com/user/oldyeller106 The variator pops right off with an impact gun.
