I would say it is legit. They have a great feedback score and have a phone number so I am sure you can call and check it out. It looks like they have been in buisness for over a year at least.

I can tell you that it is a legit atv because i have been watching it for a while and that is not the first one that I have seen. I would think the speed has to be over 45mph. I just cant see a 750 doing only 45mph.

They may be legit. If you are reading an auction and a red flag goes up, check it out thoroughly. A friend of mine who is a car dealer had is ebay identity stolen and someone was selling nonexistant classic cars in his name. They had a picture of his dealership in the auction, and were selling a car that the dealer has sold in an earlier auction. The dealer was not aware of it until somjeone who was bidding on his prior items alerted him. Another story is a guy from the SE part of the country who came to hunt on a buddy's land had just gotten taken on a new atv purchase. He called, talked to the guy, got a good impression, felt good about the transaction etc. sent his money and the " atv dealer" disappeared. I don't know all of the ways to sniff out a scam, but one method is to call them up and say that you are going to be in their area in a week, and would like to stop buy to look at it or that you will pick it up when you win. If they just want to ship it to you, not have you come by to pick it up, i would be careful. If they are shipping it "free" to all locations, might be another indicator.

Edit: i just looked at the auction, to me it looks like it might be legit. says local pickup(good) although they might know that almost no-one would take them up on the offer. It is a private auction (a commonly used technique to scam). They take multiple forms of payment including money orders, cc paypal etc. (good). While this auction seems like it might be legit, i would proceed with caution. Good luck, hope it turns out well for you.

I am pretty sure it is legit too. I saw one of those about 3-4 weeks ago(on ebay) and forgot about it until now.

It's a good auction. If you check back on some of his feedbacks you will see where he has bought and sold atv, carts and motorcycles and the pick up offer was always the same. What you really have to watch for is where the seller hasn't had any feedbacks for a few months then all of a sudden their account get very active but the stuff they have bought or sold was basicly worthless junk for a couple of dollars. If you have any doubt you can always go through escrow which cost a little but protects the buyer and seller. Most of the time the seller will agree as long as the buyer pays the escrow fees. They one thing I did notice is in the model discription it says 250cc but the auction says 750cc, probably just a misprint by seller. I would try to find out a little more about this brand though. I've never heard of them and didn't find a web site for them. They could be a piece of junk and you don't want to waste your money on one that will stay in the shop.
