Default falcon 150 mkII

well just off phone with john from raceway (not where we bought it) and he assure me that i have a 150 he does NOT know why the numbers are stamped there- owners manual shows .66 quarts or 750 ml of oil needed. asked why other bikes were printed close to cc stated on bike he sais kazuma likes to do some weird stuff. Kazuma does not make a 125 he stated . so i guess i will just have to BELIEVE.

Hello,

Yes that is a Falcon 150, that number you are seeing is just the
volume of the crank case, which matches the 150's I have here. It is a
149cc, if you see that it actually says cm3 next to it, this is only the
volume of the crank case & not the actuall cc's of the motor, so you are
fine, the vin# also checks out to be a falcon 150 also. Hope that helps.

Thanks, Jim

I am not sure how he (JIM) came up with this!!!

I think they might have these quads at pep boys and I have never seen one up close so the next time I am by there I will look one over. On the internet pics it looks like a good value.

Hello All,

I'm new here, but I think some info that I know about there chinese brand atvs' may be helpfull. The markings for 124cm is probably correct, and the displacement is probably a true 150cc. How is this possible? Easy, the stroke is the exact same for the 125cc and 150cc engines. Therefore, since china pops these atv's out like pepsi does soda cans, it's believable that the engines (crank case) are of that of a 125cc and have a 150cc upper end. Why have 2 assembly lines for the same exact engine. The engineers' probably install the needed displacement cylinders.
