Anyone heard of Roketa?
Has anyone heard of Roketa ATVs? Take a look at the Roketa 250 Sport that is listed on this site and tell me what you think.

We looked at the Etons today and love them, but can get the Roketa at a much better price. Also, how do these Chinese ATVs hold up compared to the Name Brand models after the warranty period has elaspsed? I am just trying to compare price vs reliability at this point. We have been to most of the Major Brand ATV dealers in the past week and still look towards the Kazuma 90 for my kids instead of the Honda 90, and only because of the price. I was told that the Kazuma ATVs for kids are good because they have a Honda style engine in them and if I wanted to go with something for myself, then I should check into a used Polaris or something that has a Name Brand. Does anyone have any suggestions for this delimma?
Thanks in advance!

I can tell you that being the owner of many name brands and Chinese atv's that the name brand will always outlast the chinese ones. Dont get me wrong the chinese atv's are great for the money and when set up right and maintained properly they will last a long time. I expecially like the idea of buying a cheap atv for my kids first and something they can learn on so if they lose interest not much of a loss. If you can turn a wrench then the Chinese quads are easy to work on. The only thing that bothers me is places like Roketa come and go like crazy so if you buy from them you may not get ANY support after the sale. You would be safe with a place like Raceway. I deal with John at Raceway and his service is great. I have had Redcat and now have a Yamoto 110 and a Kazuma 50. I just got the 50 and it is a cool little atv for younger riders. The 110 has held up flawlessly for a year now. For an adult go with the name brand but for kids go for the cheaper chinese quads but make sure you buy from a reputable dealer like Raceway.

We're looking to buy an ATV for my 9 yr old daughter but I don't want to spend $2600 on a Polaris or Raptor...I saw a Roketa 110 cc for $900 out the door but have read some good & terrible reviews. Is there a model that you recommend for beginners? Thanks in advance.
