I was looking into gettign my kid a drr drx 70, but have heard that the speed limiter on this machine is crap. My yougest son will need the limiter, my oldest-all the power...if the screw doesn't work, am I in the same boat as above?

 

That is good stuff WAATV. That is something that sounds like what will set me at ease. Now is this something that I go to a local shop or online store and get a kit or am I going to peace it together tonight online.

 

I think they work fine for my kids(so far) they know that they need to leave it alone. The screws that came with ours were a little too short, I just spent a few cents and bought longer ones.
This spring, I might try changing the sprockets.
