herman,
Glad to hear that you are going to get the axle swapped. You know in their advertising on Ebay, ANam as Best Buy, says that they will provide the replacement parts but at the customer s shipping expense. So that doesn't surprise me too much. Because at what we paid for the quads their couldn't be a great profit margin in it. I have seen these things sell at retail locations for $1249 for the exact same unit. And the 150 sells for $1299. So I am willing to cover the shipping on the replacement parts. I got my Ball joints in yesterday and got them on the 150 last night. Made a huge difference in handling. It was not ridable without using much force on the bars before. I had to email to remind Joe to get the things off though. So I think the wearing down aspect is a must with these guys.
I have to say though, that I am very pleased with the overall performance of these things.I went back to the thumb throttle on the 200. I decided having the twist throttle on the 200 and then riding the wifes 150 with the thumb throttle was to confusing. Plus I ran up a tree and flipped the 200 plumb upside down ! Couldn't get off the twist throttle for holding on ! But they are good powerful bikes for the dollar.
Keep ridin !!

Please forgive multiple postings -
I recently added another page to my Tornado consumer report. We have a second one of them now, and I added a page ( SHORT, honest!) to discuss the differences. The second one was better - n- easier, and the first one wasn't bad at all.

Hey XO, Great portrait !!
Coga,
I replied in your other post, But here goes. We have several guys on this thread that are very pleased with our 200's. There can be some issues when you fiirst set these things up. But if youre husband has just basic mechanical abilities he won't have any trouble. If you read all this thread you will will find the things we have found to need addressing. But overall these seem to be good machines, and well worth the price. I have a 150 also for my wife, I actually like it better because of the automatic transmission. Both are the same size and both are plenty powerful for my 200 pounds. All around I think you'll find them worth the money.
Good Luck !

Hey XO, thanks for your report & pics on the Tornado 200. Helped me decide to order a Tornado 200 for my girl & a Hurricane 250 for me. We've had them about a month now & love them. Got them from Motorxtremes with no problem in shipping, assembly, start up, & riding. Lock tighted every bolt so nothing has come loose. I own 2 Harleys & was very concerned about Chinese products but at my age & the atv riding I do, I figured, what the heck. Turns out I am very impressed with these machines & with Motorxtremes. Thanks again for your helpful info.

I bought 4 ATV's from motorxtremes.com after reading your posts and your own experience web page. That was a great read, Thanks Much! I plan on letting motorxtremes know what you are doing for their business. Though I'm not sure how they would get ahold of you if they wanted you to write more of these. I'm in AZ also and ride down in Tucson sometimes. I'll wave if I see ya. Thanks again!
