Default lt 80 low end power problem

My daughters 1992 lt80 runs great when I have it up on a jack stand, but as soon as I take it off it wont even pull its self. The motor just boggs down. If I assist it to get it going it runs great with me on it at 200lbs. Any suggestions where to start? Thanks

Default lt 80 low end power problem

I cleaned the carb twice and just finished putting all new rollers, slides and a new spring.(before the problem arose) Tried doing some preventative maintenance before a trip.Could I have screwed something up when I did that? Wouldnt be the first time. What should the compression be? Thanks for all the suggestions.

sounds like you may have broke it, try to redo what you did and see if that fixes it

OK, could you have possibly got a roller(s) turned during installation?

Comp should be 120.

Full throttle till it peaks.
You need a new bore and piston kit.
Reeds won't effect it that much.

I use Zuki pistons till the bore goes to 1.5mm over. (zuki makes up to 1.0)
Don't be talked into boring more than is needed..Most think they should bore big and get power. It just isn't so.
