OK, THANK YOU I CLEANED THE STATOR AND ROTOR AGAIN NO GO. I'LL CHECK THE RESISTANCE

 

Its probably just your coil wire

tried new coil wire , NG. spark is intermitent

 

resistance is 320 ohms at stator and 800 ohms at coil

 

Sounds like it could be your cdi then. Im not sure of the stator #'s for ohm readings, those readings seem a little high on the stator,but you said you already replaced that before right. How long ago

 

i replaced the stator and rotor 6 months ago but they were used . i think i should replace them again, along with the coil assembly. there is no cdi unit, i think its part of the coil assembly. the coil on this is larger than my 230. thanks for your help!

 

I think you should call a Zuki dealer and get the correct ohm readings and go from there.
