Off of the CDI find the ground connection (mine was black with white stripe) and pull back the plastic covering the connections, but leave the connection in tact. Now ground this connection to the frame or to the negative terminal of the battery and see if you have spark. This bypasses the upper controls. If you have spark, you have a problem with either the kill switch or the main key switch.

This is what triggers your CDI to make a spark.

If I'm understanding you correctly you say this pickup coil is "grinded"?

If the pickup coil hits the flywheel at all then it is destroyed. You'll need to replace the stator.
Where can I buy the pickup coil

The pickup coil is part of the stator assembly. Most of the time is is rivietd to the stator base plate. On some quads is it adjustable. I don't know about yours.

You need to make sure that the raised bump on the outside of the flywheel passes close by the pickup coil (like 0.025"), must it must not touch.

How do I measure the pickup coil from the flywheel?
