Default GY6 oil problems

I have a 150cc GY6 Chineze engine on my scooter. It has a twist and go [ CVT ] tranny. The type 1 petcock fuel valve malfunctioned and instead of opening the fuel outlet to carb it vacummed fuel into the crankcase. I noticed hat steam coming from the exhaust and killed the engine. Fortunately it only ran for about 3 minutes before I noticed it. I cleaned and flushed the engine and crankcase and the ran 2 short oil changes to clean and clear the engine of any toxic residue.
I notice that when I ride the bike for a block or so that when I stop it and check the oil [ immeadiately after shutdown than a small gush of oil comes out when the dipstick is first removed. Is this normal and should I wait a couple minutes before checking oil level. Also , it is slow going when adding oil after draining old oil. I have to keep kicking the engine over to get the oil to go down enough to add more. My engine calls for 15w-40 oil. The scoote is a 2007 model and only has about 400 miles on it. It has a Meiduo 150cc 4 stroke engine. Where would I locte the crancase vent hoses.
Thanks caseybru

Your crankcase is supposed to be vented to the atmosphere through rubber hoses that hang free (open ends). Make sure these aren't clogged or mistakenly connected together. The symptoms you describe (spurting oil and slow oil fill) are exactly what happens when the crankcase isn't vented.

Thank you.
Today I cleaned all vent hoses and vacuum hoses , the crankcase filter . Next week I should get my new petcock fuel valve. Mean while I plugged the vacuum barb on the old petcock and drilled through the fuel supply barb into the main orafice the contains the fuel filter that extends into the fuel tank. There is no shutoff but it starts and runs very smooth. I may put a manual shutoff valve between the petcock and inline filter and and let the new petcock wait and see how it all works.
