got a kids quad its a polaris but the chinese brand motor. anyway cant get a spark at all sattor and coil were changed already anyone got any other ideas

 

I went looking for, and could not find, a wiring diagram for your quad. With a wiring diagram there is much that can be measured I'm sure. Do you have a wiring diagram that you can send me? Or point me to a downloadable source?

I noticed this same post is in the polaris forum. Good... I'm hoping "Old Polaris Tech" will chime in. His posts about fixing polaris' problems have been really awesome.

 

Off of the CDI should be a black wire with a white stripe. pull back the plastic covering the connections, but leave the connection in tact. Now ground this connection to the frame or to the negative terminal of the battery and see if you have spark. This bypasses the upper controls. If you have spark, you have a problem with either the kill switch or the main key switch.
