starts fine idles great sometimesit takes off great let off gas and take off again wont rev up sometimes it does but takes for ever?????????

 

Clean the carb.
Maintenance the clutchs.

 

took carb apart it is spot ess n side looks like new. Is he clutch a big deal to do ever tore into something this small.

 

Clutchs are sorta easy on the scooter motors.
Maybe check to see if the pipe is plugged.
Wouldn't hurt to know what the compression is too.

 

 

Got home fires right up runs great for about. 1 min then what's to die let off gas idles down and runs smooth if I lift the tires off the ground revs up good. Also after it sat for about 5 min leaking alittle out of the tube

 

80 is low. You need a new piston/bore.
Unless the head gasket is leaking.

Just to make sure, you did remove both jets and make sure all was well?
