Maybe if you'd explain what it's doing (or not doing).
What part don't you understand?

Ok. So I got an 08 Outlaw 90 on trade. Runs great, but I would have to "mess" with the shifter to get it to go into gear (both forward and reverse). Then it would kinda jerk into gear . Then It seemed like it was slipping some at higher rpm. The revving of the engine didnt match the speed. Also made a pretty loud whining noise. So I pulled the cvt cover just to look around. Belt seems in good condition doesnt look very worn. No cracks or anything. So I didnt get any deeper into it bc im not all that familiar with cvt drives. So I went to put it back together.. First, the secondary clutch, the entire thing moves around in any direction left right forward etc.. im assuming thats bc the end of the shaft is no longer in the bearing in the cover, correct? So I got it all back together the exact same way, so I thought. Now when I start it up and go to put it in gear, it immediately jerks into gear and makes a loud clicking or clacking sound and doesnt move. If throttle is applied, it stalls out. Thank you!

Ill also add, how do u get the cover back on more easily? Its very difficult to line up the secondary clutch shaft with the little bearing in the cover because it moves around... second, the primary clutch I am not able to pull it in and out by hand like manually engage and disengage it like I can with the secondary. If I could figure out how to post videos from mobile, id show you
