Default help purchasing correct bolts for engine

I purchased (might have been a mistake) an E-ton Viper RXL-40E. They seller said most likely, the only thing I would need to do is find the correct bolts for the engine. He had inserted random bolts just to hold the engine somewhat together, as you can see from the pics. Here is atleast one of the links that sell compatible parts for this ATV. Viper 40E (RXL-40E) (Vin: 4HC) : Get 2 It Sales, LLC, ATV, Dirt Bike, Go Kart, Moped, Scooter Parts!

Could I get some help determining what bolts , additional parts might be needed judging from the attached pictures? Last couple pics are not engine of course.

Let me know if there is any other info I can provide.

Thank you

I have no existing bolts that fit correctly. The bolts you see are just resting in the hole, not screwed in.

I think the cover bolts will be 6mm x 1.00. A very common size. If the holes are stripped you will need to put heli-coils in to fix.
The brake cable nut is something that will have to come from a dealer or used from ebay.
You'll also need the round piece that goes in the brake lever. I think most any brake nut/round piece from most cables will work altho I can't guarantee that.
Here is a LT80 cable. You can look on the end of the cable to see the round piece and nut.

Excellent, thank you! I will start with the 6mm x 1.00. I know that it will require some different sized bolts as well, which the pics I actually uploaded don't make as obvious as I would have liked. But I will grab the 6mm x 1.00 and see where they fit and take new pics of what is remaining.

Thank you

You can measure the length. Hex head bolts are not the exact length as the originals but you can get close enough.

Take 10 min and pull the engine and toss it in the back of your truck and take it with you. Then you only have to walk outside and test the bolts to see if they are what you need
