need engine

Default need engine
2004 Carter Talon XTV with disassembled engine & no parts. It has a strange hanger going over the axle near the sprocket. Not the typical GY6 with the rear engine hanger.

Does anyone recognize this setup?
I think it's a Tongjian engine

Thanks for the suggestion. I found a source for the engine or at least I'm pretty sure I found a source.
