I've said it before and I'll say it again,there are a very FEW ORV idiots/jerks like BB that will find issues with ANY answer that ANYONE may give to ANY question that someone may ask in here. You appearantly have issues with the ATVOC having ONE private section of their ENTIRE forum for the exclusive use of their paying members? Im guessing your the type of guy that would borrow your buddies car [full of fuel] to use for a 300 mile road trip and bring it back on EMPTY and think nothing of it.You make it sound as though the ONE PRIVATE section of our ATVOC forum is the ONLY place in our ENTIRE forum to ask questions, and your dead wrong about that.

I was out riding all day, what a blast. I see mud didn't take my advice. Instead he sat infront of his computer posting in here.
IMO mud should look in the mirror, as he has posted today 4 times (3:25am, 7:47am, 10:22am, 5:46am) as of this post. Who sits infront of a PC with some snacks and soda all day posting in here. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
I knew these "me-only trail" guys would start the attacks, just read what they post, it has nothing to do with what the new 200 miles of trail there might be every year for 4 years, or for that matter anything about ORV issues in MI. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

I started to reply to your arrogance, than I thought to myself? Why should I waste my time and make a reply to your last statement because just like many of BB posts, your last one is in pig latin too.[makes NO sense to anyone except your pal BB]
With that said, I think I'll just sit back and enjoy the Pistons victory over Labron James and the Clevland Cavaliers.

Ya know what. Through all the BS that seems to be going back and forth in this discussion I just remembered something that I got from Blackballed a while back; an email. Honestly after everything that I have read in this discussion for the past few months, BB's email has made the most sense (he sent it to me directly which is the reason none of you have seen it).
BB if you want me too I can post that email in here for everyone else to see (of course with a few minor edits of the stuff like your email address and any other info that is'nt relevant).... It was a great email that explained your position perfectly and I think everyone in here should read it so it gets this discussion back on topic. IMO the email that BB sent to me was spot on and if anyone in here disagrees with it your flat out wrong.
Lemme know man. Either way is cool with me.

"...The other bill mentioned is House Bill 5343, which **<u>among</u> <u>other</u> <u>things</u>** would classify a 6-wheeler as an ORV. Many of the user groups expressed opposition to this legislation when it was introduced last October, and again we dont anticipate any activity on this bill at this time..."

Here we have the one group in Michigan willing to go on the record (yet not necessarily take a stand) on wider trail widths back when Senator Garcia introduced a similiar bill years ago....now unable to even describe the bill for what it was (multi-use vs "me-only" trail opportunities coupled with wholesale maintenance related changes) while strictly focusing on the smallest minority out there..."6-wheelers".
Considering the fact that even the two larger atv clubs (one angling to become the red-headed-step-children of a motorcycle club and the other publishing 'new' maps that eliminated our atv trail symbols all together in favor of "motorcycle-only" designations) helped kill this widening legislation is less than 27 hours...is it any wonder that the folks your dealer pays dues to each year describe this historic moment in the history of our trail sytem as being not much more than about Argos or Polaris Rangers being designated as orvs?
I'm sorry, but their flip-flop/no-position-taken on HB-5343 is no different than Polaris' non-public position on the same bill they supposedly started. The folks out here supporting these kind of multi-use and environmentally responsible efforts...deserve state and national organizations willing to get involved in same that don't turn tail and RUN each and every time the American Motorcycle Association and their 'lackey atvers' show up to beat their chests/throw their weight around.
And in my opinion?....Michigan speed shop dealers burden a big part of this blame for refusing to get involved with the very issues which not only promote their sport, but frankly, their way of life (with is no more vividly illustrated than on the safety training side of what shouldbe their shared responsibiltiy).

Sorry, heatseeker[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]...not only have these club members suddenly went "underground" in lieu of their refusal to simply disclose exactly what went on at this public meeting and in anticipation of the release of these orv advisory board meeting minutes...they 'apparently' (see Muddy) now only respond with their signatures! (and we all thought that these computers crashing when you hit the reply button...was a joke! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] ).

Actually Blackballed I was just waiting for you to answer some of the questions posed to you before I started answering any of your questions. Or have you forgot the questions I posed to you on page 5 of this thread, or were you wishing that I had forgotten. Not to mention several questions directed toward yourself by the moderator of this forum.
You see, you now demand answers to questions you pose to us at the same time you still refuse to answer those simple questions asked of you. Turn about is fair play, no?
