Default Can someone help me ID an engine,,,??

OK,,my first project with a Chinese quad went very well, !! It is a SunL 100 that after some great assistance from Merryman,,,I was able to get it running and my Grandson is having a ball with it,,,!!!
Now, I have bought another "project" which is a Go Cart but PO bought it used as well so he don't know any particulars on engine or brand of go cart. I got the engine running and runs out very well except for it smoking when first started up,,,,valve guides,,???
The BIG issue is that it has a pretty substantial oil leak out from behind the magneto cover. We, the Grandson and I, removed the bottom most bolt on that cover and oil just runs out of the bolt hole,,!!! Haven't removed the cover yet and thinking it must be the shaft seal,,???
Hopefully someone can help me ID the engine to order engine parts.
The numbers on the btm left side of engine are= TZH147FM and *80402046. There is also a aluminum tag on floor of go cart right in front of seat= LFFWFSIK281000693.
Can anyone help and many thanks ,,,,

I don't usually check the "other ATV topics" section so posting that link has led me to it. 147FM is an E22 Honda Cub clone engine, so parts for it should be easy to get, seems a bit small for a buggy (probably 70cc). Chassis vin comes up as 2008 Zhejiang Taizhou Wangye Power Co Wangye in Cyclepedia's checker.
