That thing sounds sweet. You'll notice on my pictures I had to leave my cluster on too. Did you switch the quad sprocket to the bigger chain that fits the engine? If not plan on it cause you'll need it. Nice job- get ready to hang on!

How nuts do you think I am to go 140+mph on it? Going to be +4/+4 in the rear and widened +3 in the front.

in a field I would say you're nuts because hitting a rock or rut going that fast would mess up your day
on pavement I would say you're nuts because of how unstable even a stock quad is on pavement. the faster you go the more sensitive and twitchy the steering will get, and the easier it will be for you to flip it. I can't imagine the stock brakes on a warrior were designed to work at more than 70 mph either. what kind of tires are you gonna use - I've seen atv tires expand a couple of inches just from going 65 mph, at 140 they might just go flying off the rim. So i'd say the answer to this is: you're crazy as hell if you do this, but given the opportunity, I would go for it too. looks like fun

No, I switched the engine to work with a 520. They sell 520 conversion kits for streetbikes all the way up to hyabusas so I figure the chain is plenty strong enough as long as I get a good one.

I would say you would have to be pretty damn crazy. Are you talking about in a field, or on pavement or what.
