a cobra pipe adds 20 hp easily!

 

I put a DG on mine and it dynoed at 49.3 H.P. at the crank !

It would require a bore/stroke, cam, porting, carb, and alot of $$$ You then would be running $5 per gallon race gas too. Why on earth do you feel the need to add 20HP?? It would be alot cheaper to sell the 400 and buy a more potent machine.

 

Simply change the muffler bearing. Afterwards.....be careful with that beast.

 

gary I don't think that the muffler bearing adds 20 hp it is more like 19.

 

WHY DONT YOU JUST GO AND GET A 400EX AND FIGURE IT OUT FOR YOUR SELF AND QUIT ASKING THESE STUPID QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN ANSWERED IN EVERY SUBJECT. IF YOU WANT TO FIND OUT, DO RESEARCH, QUIT ASKIN US CUZ WE AINT GONNA TELL YOU!!!

How about bolting a second 400EX to it?

 

put some mothballs in the gas tank that'll give ya 20 more horses, or could always swap to a 195 cc air cooled, arm ripping, axle snapping, bonecrushing blaster motor.
