Default low beam lights went out + others, HELP, some things work

Riding my 2000 Sportsman this weekend and all of a sudden the low beam lights went out, along with the speedo light, AWD light and tail light. HOWEVER, the high beam works, and the AWD works as well. What could this be? Is there a fuse somewhere? Any help would be great.

Check the battery connections, make sure its charging 14 volts back to battery while running. If its charging, then check the wiring under the front fenders for the low beam lights, plus. I've found a lot of times the wires either come loose or short out going over the fender or under the front panel they may come loose or short.Plus if everything there is ok at the front and under the panel, might be a short under the pod at the headlight. Also a battery going out or not holding a charge can blow bulbs.Has one main 20 amp circuit breaker near the battery and one 10 amp under the front panel for the fan both in sealed pouches. Well, just checked the bulbs and found out both are blown for the low beams. I must assume that the tail light ( even though it works when the brake is applied) is blown as well. I am guessing the light in the speedo pod is popped? The speedo needle was not working before this but it was registering miles digitally and lit up. Can it be somthing else?

Also, noticed that the DC plug as well as my Hand Warmers are not working. The fuse is good to the hand warmers
