Default 2000 Polaris Xpedition 425 water in oil

My Polaris has been sitting for a while because I had a broke part on it. I drained the water in the radiator and the oil in the motor. I put fresh oil in it and water in the radiator and now there is water in my motor. What could this be.

Usually when you have a lot of coolant in the oil it's because of a blown head gasket. You can do a pressure test on the radiator to confirm this. Should hold 10psi with no drop in pressure.
