guess I have I put in a stiffer primary spring which made a world difference and now IM working on A different Helix for the driven as far as I know no one has a kit for the 325 so I made up my own I have done a lot of clutching on polaris snowmobiles another thing that helps the trail boss is switching the tires from the 22 is to 25's goes through the mud a lot better I also put a fox shock on the rear and going to put fox shocks on the front I also put the speedometer kit on it

Do the bigger tires affect the power/torque very much? Any problems climbing hills and stuff? BTW, thanks for the reply...

actually the bigger tires seemed to make it to accelerate better the first day that I put the 25 inch tires we went out muddying I was very impressed with the way the machine worked I definitely would recommended 25 inch tires over the 22 that come with it IM using the Goodyear P. tracker's

Hey your Polaris dealer can change weights and springs in your existing clutch so it revs higher,
works better. They told me they would do it for $30 then charged me nothing. I did it on my 325 trail boss and 325 Magnum. I hear changing the back tires on the Trail Boss is good too. Silly Later, Fourlix
