I've fouled plenty of plugs in my Mach Z (also a Rotax like your SeaDoo). They often didn't look any different than the good ones. I ended up switching brands after reading many forum posts about Ski-Doo owners having problems fouling NGKs. Since then I've only fouled one. The easiest way to tell if it's fouled is to replace it with a new one. Spark plugs are cheap, especially if you buy at an auto parts store and not from your dealer. Consider the amount of gas you burn in a snowmobile or watercraft, just throwing new plugs in regularly seems like a good idea whether they are fouled or not.
