Carburetor float adjustment on SP600
#1
I recently took my 600 to the dealer (something I rarely do, still in warranty) because gas was leaking out of the vent/bowl drain hose. When I got it back it was running very lean and it still leaked out of the hose. To ensure that the job is done to my satisfaction I will do it myself. What I need is the float heigt and where is it measured from. I am going to order a shop manual soon but I have the urge to go ridding and cannot wait for it to come in.
The leaking hose only does it when the engine is at the RPM that produces the most vibration.
Any help will be appreciated.
