I am going to try the springs that I had in my 425 Magnum.White Polaris primary and a blue Aaen secondary set at 2-2.I plan on leaving the motor stock for now but when I pipe and jet it I may change to a differant set up.

So, if I leave the secondary spring and weights alone but change the primary spring I should have a good gain in performance?

If you are just going to change the primary spring get you a Polaris white and it will improve the response enough to tell the differance on take off.But the secondary controls the back shift and if you ride trails alot that one is noticable too.

ftwflh, Thanks for the reply, I want to just get a primary for now and work on getting a clutch kit later on. I'm modification poor from my V at the moment so my better half told me to take it easy for a while

Also, is everyone buying the springs from the manufacturer or is there a website that has them for less?
