how about the clutch???

Default how about the clutch???

I got the flywheel off ok. now how about pulling the clutch off the engine?? any info ?? once again it would be much easier if I had the manual. thanks for any help. I want to pull the whole engine out but I think I need to pull the clutch off first?>

Default how about the clutch???

You will need a clutch puller to do this.Someone will be along that has made a puller.Or you can buy one from the polaris dealer.Around 20.00 I think.

Default how about the clutch???

If you can find an all thread 3/4 fine thread rod ,put two nuts on it jam them together.This would work.I use a trailer ball that has a 3/4 fine thread shank on it.You will have to put something inside the hole to be able to push on as you tighten down.

That primary clutch is too expensive to use anything other than a clutch puller or possibly the all thread idea. I would NOT use a conventional 'gear puller' or apply any heat.

Default how about the clutch???

ya it says in the manual to use a puller but the driven or secondary clutch you can pull that off by hand
