Ya know, I have never even gone 4-wheeling with a honda atv. The closet I came was that I was ice fishing last winter and I drove on the lake with my 2000 polaris xpedition 425 cc 5-speed. A guy that bought a brand new honda came out there ice fishing also on the same lake. I talked to him. I dont remember what the honda was. It looks like 3 of us are going 4-wheeling this saturday. I just have to call this one guy and tell him, yuper for saturday. So besides my xped. One will have a 95 xplorer 400 with mudrunners and the other will be a sportsmen 335 with vamps. All polaris, so we will probably keep the polaris jokes to a minimum.
I have mudbugs tires, so with 3 differnt brands of tires. The 3 of us can decide what we think about mudbugs, vampires, and mudrunners. They all sure have good tred, thats for sure. rangerchet

Let us know Ranger which one of those tires fairs the best...I have some black waters on the way. Wonder if one of us could call the local honda dealer and tell him he needed a replacement shock for his Rubicon and see if it is the same as comes on the 400 and 450 foreman hehehe.

ATVING.

Thats because you read it from a HondaWheels review that also calls 10" of ground clearance INCREDIBLE even though they measured it from the frame to the ground. It has only 6.7" of rear wheel travel from a straight axle and DirtWheels says it is on par or better than 9.5" from a IRS set up? DW said nothing negative about anything not even the very small gas tank that will only give it a 70 mile range but at least DirtWheels did not say it would reel in a Banshee.

I made the call last night and he wants to go but his boss gave him a new project and he has to work
all weekend. So we have a rain check on riding together. To Trailboss450, I just ride down old logging roads I know that are north from my hom town of cloquet. Some of these places offer nice riding. I few weeks ago I found a logging road that was nice and I drove down it about 3 miles. By then I was about 8 miles from my truck. Since I was alone, when this road finally branched off into 2 nice roads. I decided to turn around then. I want to take these 2 roads as far as they go. They were not muddy but there were many side roads off of this road and I found mud on the way back. I wonder if some of you are like me, where if you know about a road or trail, you just have to find the end of it. Im going to cloquet, either
this evening or early morning. -rangerchet
