Default HATFIELD MCCOY TRIP REVIEW

i can honestly sum it up to a couple of words: $hit, why did it have to end??? Even though we worked on quadracer18's scrammy alot, it was well worth it. I highly recomend everyone to go to gilbert, wv and ride the rockhouse. lata.

the Rockhouse was sweet!!! And Gilbert was a great place to stay....and Greg...since I'm sitting in school right now I really wish I would have moved down there.....But for everyone within at least 10 hours to HM....you should go...because you'll be smiling ear to ear when you get down there...Just go prepared...because its ruff on the quads.............especially mine

We had a GREAT time when we went last year. Can say though that the "rockhouse" was just that.......Rocky! It wasn't unbearable, but it was definately some rocky terrain in alot of the areas. Just ride how you want to work on it. If you don't mind replacing a couple wheels possibly go full tilt and don't worry about it. If your lacking in the protection department, and/or don't want to buy new wheels take it a little more cautiously through the rocks. It was alot of fun. With terrain to challenge any and all skill levels.

yeah.. we beat the hell out of our quads. My moto.... ride it like you stole it and you can afford to fix it. I straight put my trailboss in a river, and i'd do it again. Hey Ray, my nieghbor just bought a new quad and he's thinking about building a track right next to our fence line... sweeeeeet.

Well here is what we had when we took the quads out on the trail..... A good tool kit (wrenches screwdrivers, needle nose, vise grips, etc.) Tons of tire plugs, a few kits of fix a flat,,,or slime. a air pump. tp. 18 gauge flexible steel wire, a couple of maps~ thats a must....water. first aid kit...raingear,,,,,camera,,,,zip lock bags,,,,,,,,,duck tape, electrical tape, zip ties, maybe a spair master link...and defenetly a must is some extra gas!!! Oh and bring your A game also....there are a lot of places that one little mess up can cost you your life..no joke either

And ya, the rockhouse was rocky as hell...but we still didn't ride the trails like girls...So our quads and us took a beating!..But it was a great time...The trails are sweet even though we only made it to the rockhouse....

Greg, your neighbor is putting a track up on your fence line....................sweet!! going to have to take the old trailboss over there!
