hello guys and gals, I am curious to see if anyone out there has an 04 sportsman 700 EFI and has figured out a fix for the typical clutch slap noise when getting on and off the throttle. I was also curious to see if anyone has added an aftermarket clutch to their sportsman and if adding the clutch kit helps minimize the clutch noise. any suggestions would be great. thanks

 

I put a heel clicker in mine and just got it daied in today after days of try different weight options finally found whats best for me. As far as the noise its still there, I also had a highlifter super duty clutch in mine it done it also but not near as bad.

 

well that sucks so even if I installed a clutch kit, the clutch noise would still be there huh. man I know it's not hurting anything but god the noise is annoying. thanks for the reply though if ya hear of any fixes for the noise please let us all know as will I if I hear of anything.
