my 05 800 also does this it has about a 145 miles and i was on a ride and i did it three times same thing it is just like if the key was shut off,even when it is still on and i just have the key by its self,one time it almost shut off i looked down and every thing was lit up like when you start it but it didnt die that time just chugged a couple of times and kept running. i am going to take it to the dealer because it also ate the belt on this same ride, and i had to be pulled 4 miles to the chase vehicle by a brute force not very fun.
