Default Front suspension metal lifting spacers?

Bill I just posted some pics of the spacers and the inner diameter needs to be 2" to allow for the strut cartridge. make sure the spacers are very square though cause the spring is flat on the bottom and rests on the spacer. when I make mine I chuck them up in a lathe and then cut them so all the cuts/surfaces are squared and perfectly smooth. I will sell you a set of them if you decide you don't want to fool with it but what were you making yours out of.

Default Front suspension metal lifting spacers?

Hey there silver Bullet ………..I was wondering how much the spacers raised the front end or did they just make it stiffer?.. Do you think going from 1 inch to 2 inch spacers will give you another 1 inch in height or is there a diminishing return there?

I want to install a set on my 2002 500 ho since I don’t use a plow I was wondering if I need the 1 inch or the two.

I know that the springs really should be changed, but this mod is so easy and cheap I have to try it!

Nice pics by the way ………….I have a 72 XLCH sport that I just did a ground up on turned out great I purchased it new in 72 for 1950.00 …just can’t get rid of the old iron head!
