there are tons of kits available, aaen, hotseat, hpd, etc just to name a few. you'll need to match the kit with your type of riding. as far as jetting for filter and pipe, dynojet has kits for the scrammy. get the pipe mods done and then the clutch kit, other wise you'll have a hard time tuning everything. tune the clutch to the motor.

Give Rick at rittercycle.com a call. Have him set you up with an HPD airbox mod, K&n, TEAM secondary clutch, and his recommendation for the primary clutch. I am sure you would be happy with it then

Default scrammy clutch?

I run a WB pipe and I didnt have to rejet with the amount of discs that came in it.As for a the clutch a 500 has tons of lowend torque so when clutching when you go to a high engagment you will loose some of the lowend.I would recomend getting a TEAM roller secondary and just go with a green polaris primary spring.I run a yellow spring but I have to use heavier weights to get the top rpms down and still have a little high of engagment.
