First, let me say that I am loving my STOCK 325 trail boss. It simply shreds. The power on this quad is more vertsitile then any i've owned in the past, and the suspension is kickin too.
OK, that said, let me ask this. While i love my stock boss, my dad's EXPEDITION 425 is a challenge to stay with on the trails. I can handle it, but i have to work pretty hard. I was thinking about buying a green Primary clutch spring from HOT SEAT. I would like to know if anyone out there has purchased this mod for any of their quads. Especially the 325 series. Thank ya much.

I have the green primary spring on my 00 Xplorer 400cc.It made a world of differance in my belt engagement. The engagement RPMs are up a little, but not to much.I got my spring from RcR racing 1618-644-3211.I think it is probably the best 29 dollar [shipping is included] that a quad could have as far as performance.Go for it,you'll love the results.
