120mph on a quad??

Thanks for the entertainment guys! Years ago I had a 1985 rz350 yamaha, which had a 350 twin 2 stroke engine with an exhaust valving system which opened up at 6000 rpms if my memory is right. This was a street bike with cafe type fairings it was a Kenny Roberts Edition. If that engine sounds familiar, I believe that's a banshee engine. Anyways that bike flat out with me under the fairing did 133 mph. As soon as I sat up in the saddle 124 mph. Air drag is a speed killer. Didn't I read many years ago about 250r's and banshee's touching 100. Certainly someone must be going faster. I know at least for me, if you can twist, squeeze, or step on a throttle I'll put to the wood just to see what it will do.
P.S by the way can't we all get along.

Yes, beadlocks would help, but it more the "intended use" of the tires. Some Hoosier dirt-track skins would do. Hmmm, when is someone gonna try engineering a purpose built rotary engine for quads. Not sure how the linear power-curve would be (as opposed to the peaking torques of current machines). Smooth is fast, so they say. It's also very light. Heck, they have 'em for RC airplanes.

MOD QUAD...I have an 1979 Mazda RX-7 w/ factory 4 barrel carb sitting in a rusted out body right now...ANY TAKERS....I was saving it for a sand/street buggy but thats interesting...LMFAO...The rotary engine is about 20 inches by 20 inches......THEY ARE'NT SLOW...
SUZUKI made a 750 ROTARY ENGINED street bike back in the 70,s....Dont know anything other than that about it though.
