#1
I put a set of 27" gators on my 2006 800 efi today and took the belt cover off to change springs and weights ,i noticed that the belt was 1/4" above the team secondary .just wondering if this is normal?or do i have to shim the clutch and how do i do it? thanks william

i'm wondering why are you so upset with the team clutch,
the only gains you'll have is smoother, cooler running secondary
and a little better low end response.
i've seen some very disapointed top end lost with a roller, the clutch seem to always over shift at top end cauze of the rolling inertia
it produce at high speed,i've been tuning the stock clutch for
some years now,and NO team clutch can match the effiency of my present
setup with HPD helix and some others tricks.
1/4 on top of secondary seem about right tough,if you want more top
just remove shim inside to drop the belt from the top of the clutch.
