Poalris ATP 330 (I need more power)
I have a Polaris ATP 330. It weighs 691 # and I weigh 230 #. This machine is used on local trails and around the house to pull a trailer.Do they make any performance mods for this machine? I did 25 inch mudlites, and my machine is now slightly faster. Is there anything else???? and ps don't tell me to loose weight ha ha

first thing that comes to mind...........trade it for the ATP500 or the new X2 500EFI.
considering the weight issues you'll never get the power you will need. also, you will waste $$ trying to hop-up a 330 to try to make it do things it wasn't designed to do in the first place.
IMHO.

P.S. don't go on a diet. now that's no fun!LOL! (as long as your blood pressure and cholesterol are ok)

Unfortunatley, there is only so much you can do to the 330. The bore kit from Rick can get you a 414, and you'll get more power, but it's not going to be power throughout the band, mostly more low end. Sounds like you would be better trading/selling it and going with the 500.

Rick's 414 kit he made for the old 325 boss. Then Polaris punched the 325 to a 330. I can't think of any reason he couldn't 414 a 330 though. This kit is affordable and customizable. I believe the kit i was looking at for my old Tboss was $800 ish but that was with all the bells an wistles. Bore, porting, flywheel lightening, new carb (?) and other stuff. Never did it though cause i got the scrammy.
