One of my friends came by the shop today with his brand new sp500 ho. We were both curious about the true weight with all fluids full including gas . We put it on the scale

754 lbs

I dont know, i myself have been eyeballing the new Chevy 2500 HD, with the 8100 Vortec engine, with a 6 speed automatic tranny, or maybe one with the 6600 deisel. But other than that, yeah, whatever floats your boat

When I rode the HO, the first thing I noticed.......no wait, the second thing I noticed was how heavy it felt. The first thing I noticed was how nice it rode! But when I cranked the handle bars and punched it to do a spinning 360, it felt HEAVY!

It is a little difficult to burn donuts with IRS. Try the Magnum or the Xplorer Grizz.
