hmmm... well mine is most definately white... (maybe a tiny hint of gray...) who knows why... cbmboy saw it tho, with the filter oil off it i was very surprised to see this color myself [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] maybe the pred filter is different? It also says right on the bottle that if any white areas remain after 20mins to re-apply oil to them.

 

Your right. They are all white when the oil is washed out. It is cotton gause after all. If it's not white after cleaning, then it wasn't cleaned well.
