Default Clutching 101?????

I am relatively new to the ATV scene I am throughly enjoying my 06 500 efi. I had the overheat problem when new, (fixed at my dealer in 15min.) I installed ranger front springs to improve the sag and it handles much better. I am very interested in learning about clutching as I've heard the polaris pvt is very tunable. Is there a guide or resource as what to do or what mod does what ie; improved torque vs. top end what are the sacrifices to tuning the pvt. Most of my riding is trails here in the northeast, very tight and technical. There is not a huge need for top end but I really dont want to sacrifice it either. I also use my machine to plow. What effects would that have on a utility aspect. I have also noticed that different pipes are matched to different kits? Is this neccessary? What about rejetting (does not apply to efi machines) I guess I am looking for an instructional guide to clutching. Thanks in advance for your replies.

AAEN performance has a clutch tuning book. you can get one direct from them or there on Ebay pretty often.
