Sorry I gave you the thought I was here to cause troble.
Like I said I have used my Hawkeye since the beginning of February this year and with many long 100 plus mile trips here in the mountains of Arizona.
A group of us call ourselves the Weekday Warriors because we head out when others are at work .LOL
We have had groups up to 14 quads and the Hawkeye is always the smallest cc in the group. Any of the new folks who never traveled with us are simply amazed with my 2x4 Hawkeye. Especially when it comes down to the initial costs. I picked mine up out the door for $3,800 so I figure it was a great deal when others spend 8 or 9 thousand for theirs.
I originally bopught it for taking me out metal detecting for gold off the trails and just ran into a group here in Arizona that loves to ride.
Checkout RidingArizona.com site. Hope they don't get upset for me for this.
Anyway I love my Hawkeye and will defend it til the end.

The Polaris hawkeye is not an Import, it is made right here in the USA same place as the Sportsman Line. your just Assuming it is, if anything is an Import its one of these Bombadiers, with their Suzuki Motors or Rotax Crap, The Bobadier 175 will not outrun the hawkeye and id put money on it, it cant Outclimb, outride, out comfort or outrun the hawkeye, the hawkeye isnt a speed machine but will pull 4 bombadiers if it needs to, quit Assuming and get your facts right.

Is it really "MADE" right here in the U.S.A......................Or just put together in the U.S.A.???
If you really look at all the parts on a Sportsman.........Most are from China.......Just like my E.C.M. I replaced(new one Japan)............Also noticed the Rad was from Canada..ETC...........They are put together in the U.S.A...............................Caper......... ....
