i used a pulling device, and OMG it didnt come off , this is getting rediculis, any ideas on how i can get this stuborn thing off?

 

My guess, the splines are so messed up that it may never come apart. Can you get the axle out w/o removing the hub. Is the bad hub on the same side as the chain or brake? If you can get the axle out, then you can put it in a press and press it off or torch it off.

 

its not on the side with the break, and i was wondering , is the axle as easy to get off by just sliding it off when all the hubs and tires and the break is taken off?

 

there may be a lockin ring on the end of that axel, i dont know anything about polaris eaxcept i dont like them but on honda sport quads there is a ring that fits in a groove cut into the axel and you have to pop it out in order to get the axel out. but the stripped splines come from the axel nut not being tightened and riding it stripped the splines. but the hub should be made out of a softer metal than the axel to allow that to happen so it will strip the hub and not the axel cause the hub is much cheaper and easier to replace than the whole kit and kaboodle.

 

I would try cutting it off with a hack saw or cut off wheel.
